Confederation Initiation Intake Questioner
Thank you for your interest in becoming an interictal part of the KM Spiritual Collective Confederation!
Below is a brief question answer application in which is a great opportunity to give a full background on who you are, what you do and what your membership in the confederation has to offer.
Your prospective confederate brothers and sisters in arms are genuinely interested in learning more about you, so don’t be afraid to share personal anecdotes to create a more friendly quality presentation and introduction on behalf of your unique and individual church.
General Initial Questions
Please answer each question honestly and detailed to the BEST of your honorable integrity and Submit them along with the other requested information asked of you to initiate consideration for the Confederation as a Prospect Member. Your INTEGRITY weighs the most with us. Thank you

6. How many congregants TOTAL have you had since becoming a credentialed church and spiritual leader?

10. Have you read the KM Constitution, By-Laws, Moral Compass and other applicable codes of conduct?

Every spiritual collective and church have a story, and your visitors and members want to hear your presentation of yours. This space is a great opportunity to provide any personal details you want to share with your followers. Include interesting anecdotes and facts that keep members engaged.
NOTE: By submitting this application, you consent to KM initiating a prospector's investigation into the character and integrity of both You as petitioning representatives and also your Church. Each applicant prospect are subject to approval/denial of the KM Elder Council as well as the Confederation delegate representative. at ANY TIME during the application process including the Affirmation Ceremony and remain subject to excommunication as set forth in KM's Moral Compass, by-law and constitutional structure.

Once you have completed this phase of the initiation for confederation, an officer member will be in touch with you to go over your application and information. Note that proof of documentation confirming you and your churches status will be required and a copy for our records retained. Also, additional information, documentation and or credentials May be asked of you and your church during the intake process. You will also need to provide a letter of sponsorship endorsement for you and your church by an EXISTING confederate member.
