DECLARATTION OF DISPOSITION

We, the spiritual creation of Great Creator, as individual living breathing  children of mother earth and father sky do hereby declare and affirm an international unified organization to be known as the KM Spiritual Collective Confederation. We do so to reaffirm faith in fundamental natural and human rights, and to establish conditions under which justice and respect for we the people as Creators creation of living breathing beings, and to fulfil prophecy and our destiny.

Turtle Island is the home of the traditional core Root of the confederation. Here, according to the rights accorded everyone else in the world, the people shall exercise our proven government and society according to our culture, customs and traditions. According to the rights of the human being, we have the right to operate our state and lands with no interference from any foreign nation or government including the United States government and all lessor entrusted governments therein. Here the people shall live according to the rules of nature. Here the Great Law of the Iroquois Confederacy shall prevail.

As affirmed in1945 by  in SAN FRANCISCO:

"We the peoples of the United. Nations determined to save succeeding generations from the scourges of war…and to reaffirm faith in fundamental human rights…and to establish conditions under which justice and respect for law can be maintained… do hereby establish an international organization to be known as the United Nations." The U.S. is a member of the United Nations and sworn to uphold its principles that the U.N. proclaimed its Universal Declaration of Human Rights in December 1948 and it provides in Art. 15:

(1) Everyone has the right to a nationality; and

(2) No one may be arbitrarily deprived of his nationality nor denied the right to change his nationality.

The procedure being followed to regain the ancient peoples homeland as consistent with human rights. Nature did not give certificates of possession to people she consigned to certain areas. Ours is the strongest naturally legal rights known to man,.. human rights and Creator's Law. We too are human and should have the rights accorded everyone else in the world; the right to our nationality and creeds,.. the right of our nation to exist and the right to an area of land for our own territory and state where we can exercise our own proven government and society and too, to freely travel about and beyond our territories all around mother globe without hinderance, consequence or fear of threat of harm if and as we choose to.

Notices shall also be sent to the President of the United States and to the Governors of the States of the nation. A demand for foreign relations will be submitted to the U. S. Government.

The central idea underlying as the core root of the KM Spiritual Collective Confederation philosophy is that peace is the will of the Creator, and the ultimate spiritual goal and natural order among humans. We as the KM Spiritual Collective Confederation are all working together for the better understanding of how we should be living as the human created beings Creator created for us to be, which involves honor, integrity, trust, respect and honesty and for us to help each other and be real together for our communities, our people, and all life upon and yet to be born upon Mother Earth.

Eternal law is a main core root to the KM Spiritual Collective Confederation, followed by natural law, and then human law. Eternal law is comprised of those laws that govern the nature of an eternal universe. It is the moral law; the law of nature. It is the law which God in the creation of man infused into him for his direction and preservation. An unjust law is a human law that is not rooted in eternal law. [Christian v. United States, 46 Fed. Cl. 793, 796 (Fed. Cl. 2000)].

Divine law is the revealed law of Great Creator to humans. Divine Law is that which is enacted by Great Creator and made known to humans through revelation. Two particuliar Divine laws that the KM Spiritual Collective Confederation maintain emphasis on are

The Divine Law of Free WillEveryone has the right to decide how they react at every instance in life, and The Divine Law of Cause and Effect: This is probably the most misunderstood of all the divine laws. Karma is simply restoring balance for ALL things, bringing everything full cycle.

One of the intellectual traditions which stands behind modern classical liberalism is that of natural law and natural rights. Natural law is the imprint of eternal law on the hearts of humans. Human beings, because of their particular natures have a number of natural rights, or “imprescriptible rights”. According to the founding fathers of the American constitution these rights are the right to life, liberty, property, and the pursuit of happiness. A key aspect of this intellectual tradition is the notion that natural rights are not created by government but exist anterior to it and that governments are in fact created to “secure these rights.”

Human rights are rights inherent to all human beings, whatever our nationality, place of residence, sex, nationality or ethnic origin, skin pigmentation, religious beliefs, language, or any other social or other status. We are all equally entitled to our human rights without discrimination. These rights are all interrelated, interdependent and indivisible.

Human rights are inalienable. They should not be taken away, except in specific situations and according to due process. For example, the right to liberty may be restricted if a person is found guilty of a crime by a court of law. All human rights are also indivisible, whether they are civil and political rights, such as the right to life, equality before the law and freedom of expression; economic, social and cultural rights.

Collective rights, such as the rights to development and self-determination, are indivisible, interrelated and interdependent. The improvement of one right facilitates advancement of the others. Likewise, the deprivation of one right adversely affects the others.

Human rights entail both rights and obligations. States assume obligations and duties under international law to respect, to protect and to fulfil human rights. The obligation to respect means that States must refrain from interfering with or curtailing the enjoyment of human rights. The obligation to protect requires States to protect individuals and groups against human rights abuses. The obligation to fulfil means that States must take positive action to facilitate the enjoyment of basic human rights. At the individual level, while we are entitled our human rights, we should also respect the human rights of others.

The Great Law of Peace includes:

    • freedom of speech,

    • freedom of religion,

    • the right of women to participate in government,

    • separation of powers,

    • checks and balances within government.

    • a government “of the people, by the people and for the people,”

    • three branches of government: two houses and a grand counsel,

    • A Women’s Council, which is the Iroquois equivalent of our Supreme Court –settling disputes and judging legal violations.

The central idea underlying as the core root of the KM Spiritual Collective Confederation philosophy is that peace is the will of the Creator, and the ultimate spiritual goal and natural order among humans. Roots have spread out from our beloved mother medicine cannabis in the same manner as the tribes Tree of Great Peace: one to the north, one to the east, one to the south and one to the west. These are the roots and their nature is Courage, Peace, Strength and Healing.

If any individual or any organization outside of the KM Spiritual Collective Confederation shall agree obey the Moral Compass Code of Ethical Conduct as set forth in the ways of the KM Spiritual Collective Confederation, they shall make this known to their members so that they may trace back the roots to the tree and find nourishment in them. If their minds are clean and if they are obedient and promise to obey the wishes of the Council of the KM Spiritual Collective Confederation, they shall be welcomed to take shelter beneath the Great Tree and our beloved mother medicine bush cannabis among us.

The three principles of the Great Law of Peace are core roots in the KM Spiritual Collective Confederation, which are as follows:

1) Righteousness, meaning people must treat each other fairly. “Each individual must have a strong sense of justice, must treat people as equals and must enjoy equal protection under the Great Law.”

2) Health: “Health means that the soundness of mind, body and spirit will create a strong individual. Health is also the peacefulness that results when a strong mind uses its rational power to promote well-being between peoples, between nations.”

3) Power: “The laws of the Great Law provide authority, tradition and stability if properly respected in thought and action. Power comes from the united actions of the people operating under one law, with one mind, one heart, and one body. Such power can assure that justice and healthfulness continue. People and nations need to exercise just enough power to maintain the peace and well-being of the members of the Confederacy.”

All members of KM Spiritual Collective Confederation pledge themselves to take joint and separate action in co-operation with the confederation for the achievement of” these and related purposes.

“Warriors live with death at their side, and from the knowledge that death is with them, they draw the courage to face anything. The worst that can happen to us is that we have to die, and since that is already our unalterable fate, we are free; those who have lost everything no longer have anything to fear.”
