Pad Training

Pad training is another key essential part of the Wolf Band TSP training system. Striking is and has always been the most basic instinct of self defense and self preservation for we human beings.

Pads are emphasized in the Wolf Band because we find it quicker and easier for new students to overcome the nervousness of striking a pad than a person, especially hose who've never had to engage physically with a person in a self preservation situation, and even more with people who've been bullied and abused.

Pad training is another key essential part of the Wolf Band TSP training system-building the re-connection with the whole of the human being, their body, mind and spirit .

 

Pad drills do not just have to do with  developing your striking abilities, but more importantly too, helps you connect with your entire body including your footing. Being confident on your feet is a great level to attain when it comes to self confidence and sure-footedness builds confidence even more. These are some of the great many Other confidence pad drills keep you moving till you reach your fitness goals.
