KM Member Sacred Medicine Allotment Sanctions

Kautantowit's Mecautea (KM) affirm and assert our rightful claim of subject jurisdiction over ALL the Divine's sacred medicines bestowed by and upon mother earth and kissed by father sky as found governed in existence by the cycles of natural law regardless of classification or conflict with other outside governance claiming to have authority or jurisdiction over nature and natural law.

KM affirms our members have the constitutionally protected right of free choice including specifically in regard to their sincere spiritual and religious creeds and beliefs and that they may include the possession and utilization of natural medicines such as those listed in the U.S. Federal Controlled Substances Act and stand in full support of them and said right of personal and collective choice and thereby extend and assert our subject jurisdiction over the provided they are within alignment of all KM Codes and members in Good Standing.

Individual Member Personal Use Recommended Amounts

  • Cannabis – 1 ounce on your person (age 16 through 20); 4 ounces on your person (age 21 and over); 10 plants per member. We recommend no more than One Ounce be transported at a time without a KM Spiritual Leader/ Medicine Person / Roadworker personal recognition and applicable authorization and certification credentials.

We also Highly recommend each/all the following sacred medicines transported only with a KM medicine persons personal referral in writing:

  • Amanita Muscaria - 3 grams on your person; 4 ounces in your home. We recommend no more than One Ounce be transported without a without a KM Spiritual Leader/ Medicine Person / Roadworker personal recognition and applicable authorization and certification credentials.

  • Psilocybin – 3 grams on your person; 4 ounces in your home. We recommend no more than One Ounce be transported without a without a KM Spiritual Leader/ Medicine Person / Roadworker personal recognition and applicable authorization and certification credentials.

  • Ayahuasca – 3 grams on your person; 4 ounces in your home. We recommend no more than One Ounce be transported without a without a KM Spiritual Leader/ Medicine Person / Roadworker personal recognition and applicable authorization and certification credentials.

  • Peyote – No more than 3 buttons and 1 quart of Tea (must be working with a Medicine Person to receive this sacred medicine) There should be no traveling with Cacti Buttons, and absolutely no cultivation sanction to members. We recommend no more than One Ounce be transported without a KM medicine persons written referral.

  • San Pedro – 1 quart of tea, cultivating is fine as long as there is no extraction of mescaline. We recommend no more than One Ounce be transported without a without a KM Spiritual Leader/ Medicine Person / Roadworker personal recognition and applicable authorization and certification credentials.

  • Kambo – For ceremonial use only, or under the guidance of a Qualified Medicine Person. We recommend no more than One Half Ounce be transported without a without a KM Spiritual Leader/ Medicine Person / Roadworker personal recognition and applicable authorization and certification credentials.

  • Hawaiian baby Woodrose -

  • Blue Agave -

  • Opium -This does NOT include Heroin or opiates, real or synthetic! We recommend no more than One Ounce be transported without a without a KM Spiritual Leader/ Medicine Person / Roadworker personal recognition and applicable authorization and certification credentials

 

Members are not allowed to sell, trade, or gift sacred medicines listed as "controlled substances" by the United States government to Non-Members of the KM Tribal family. These are only available through spiritual leaders or medicine people who are authorized and recognized by Kautantowit's Mecautea to members of the KM Spiritual Tribal Family. This is important because we know where those sacred medicines came from, how they were cultivated and prepared and that they are free of harmful chemical elements that we do not endorse, promote or condone or that may be dangerous to our members, society or to the environment.

NOTE: Being a member of Kautantowit's Mecautea does not make a person a recognized Medicine Person, nor does it give you authorization to conduct your own ceremonies as an officiant of Kautantowit's Mecautea.

We are happy to help you get in touch with our recognized Medicine People that are able to conduct ceremonies under Kautantowit's Mecautea if you have any questions about a sacred medicine.  Take Official Notice: If a member is working with a KM Medicine Person, and they are sanctioned to have more than the personal limitations as set forth above, the individual should Also have an official written letter with the Medicine Person’s signature, contact information, Coverage Date and etc. stating that the medicine is given to them by a medicine person for healing purposes . If they do Not have such letter, we Highly recommend you contact the spiritual leader of Kautantowit's Mecautea and confirm such possession is sanctioned by KM for said individual.

KM Medicine Person membership cards state that such specific individuals “are qualified to carry, possess (in amounts appropriate for administration) and/or use Natural Earth Sacred Medicines…” The sacred medicines  of concern to the federal government of the United States are identified below.
