Central/East Oregon Case

Fed Postal Case

January 16, 2016

Around Christmas time of 2015, KM's spiritual leader assembled and personally mailed a care package desperately needed for spiritual as well as medical and too Financial issues by a family of church members back east that were in dire need of it greatly were being dependent upon.

There was a variety of little things within the contents of the care package ranging from holiday type gifts such as a stocking and some nuts, candy canes and such, coffee, a postal money order, and yes, some medicinal sacrament.

But legally speaking, the contents, whatever it may or not have included is irrelevant as the bottom line fact of reality is that criminal law was broken well before any legal right attempting any sort of justification for the crime was legally obtained... in fact, still to Date, no legal permission for the US Postal Service to have illegally stolen our care package has Yet even Attempted to be obtained on their part... making the contents of our care package "Fruit of the Poisonous Tree", plain and simple.
