Our Conception

km cannawarrior.jpg

As we were saying, the birth of KM came about per the instruction of our Hemperor, Mr. Jackie Herer, founding father of the Global Hemp and Cannabis Liberation movement AND founding father of the now flourishing Manna (Magick Mushroom) liberation movement as well, which we will get into a little bit more in a few moments... and by the powers vested in Reverends Steven & Seeva Cherms (photo of all three together immediately below) and some of our Auntie  and Uncle Churches

Established initially as a sprout of the United Cannabis Ministry specifically, and fertilized with the blessings of love from our auntie and uncle's The United Cannabis Ministry of Oregon, better known as "The Jack Church" or "Jack's Warrior Church" established and began operations on what other than Valentines Day (February 14th) 2009 and took root in the boundaries of the state of Oregon. The photo immediately below was our personalized insignia as such:

Among the above, these are also our original Founders who courageously stepped forward and grabbed hold of the bullseye and has since to date continuously incorruptibly fought to protect and preserve the rights of All we the people and plants and forms of children of mother earth and father sky, out of respect for our ancestors as well as out of love and obligation for our descending generations, direct or not.:

The Founder and Chief Executive Officer is Reverend Joy Maxine Graves who was blessed by both as a warrior spiritual leader of both their ministries and also gifted their blessings of establishing SOJM as our own independently operating church as of the fall of the year 2010, which she officially "Legally" did in early 2011 and was incorporated Temporarily in 2012 for recognition in Oregon.

Upon our conception as Soldiers Of Jah Ministries (SOJM) it was decided and blessed that we would take our place at the front lines in the defense of all of our rights as created creation from Jah (God) and too that we would specifically take the shallow trenches of those front lines when it came to the sacred healing medicines of Jah, specifically both Kaneh Bosm (cannabis) and the Manna's (the "Foods of the Gods" and also meaning the "flesh & blood" of communion) which are the mushrooms as our churches primary "focal" medicines of our church... something no Other church has YET to rise up and do!

Our EIN Number as SOJM is #465613745.

However, inlike the majority of common religious organizations, Soldiers Of Jah Ministries are NOT a 501(c)(3) "Non-Profit" church... WE Are sincerely a "Free Church", and as you're starting to understand there is a Seriously Significant Difference between the two that Should be viewed as real pertinent factors when deciding and then declaring you and your families "religious beliefs" as being among your families "Morals & Values.

The 508(c)(1)(a) is defined as being a "Faith Based Organization" (FBO) which the government define as being "a religious, non-profit, tax exempt organization."  As SOJM, Our Faith remains in Great Creator and Creator's Creation above all First, Foremost and Period. SOJ stands for and in the defense Of what's called "Human Rights", meaning the rights We as Creators Creation (Human Beings) to EXIST as we were Intended To exist, not as dictated nor Expected to conform to in effort of making some sort of "expectation standard".

USC 26 § 508(c)(1)(a) refers to the United States Code of Laws (AKA Federal Law) Title 26 Section 508. This law refers to the tax exempt status of the Church. It is a unique law because it is different than the typically used USC 26 § 501(c)(3) which is commonly referred to as a 501(c)(3).

Section 508 is completely different than that of section 501(c)(3). The law of USC 26 § 501(c)(3) ONLY relates to “Corporations, and any community chest, fund, or foundation” NOT Churches that are lawfully established through an Affidavit.

The Corporation for National and Community Service says that an FBO usually includes:

  • A religious congregation (church, mosque, synagogue, or temple);

  •

  • An organization, program, or project sponsored/hosted by a religious congregation (may be incorporated or not incorporated)

  • A nonprofit organization, founded by a religious congregation or religiously-motivated organizers and board members, that clearly states in its name, incorporation, or mission statement that it is a religiously motivated institution

  •

  • A collaboration of organizations that explicitly includes organizations from the previous categories.

The 508(c)(1)(a) FBO is separate and distinct from a 501(c)(3) charity and unincorporated FBO’s.

The 508(c)(1)(a) is applicable in all 50 states and recognized internationally under the Hague Convention of the United Nations Charter.

The 508(c)(1)(a) FBO enjoys a “mandatory exception” from all the restrictions a 501(c)(3) FBO has including free speech restrictions, IRS reporting requirements, rules and regulations that the IRS may from time to time prescribe and providing testimony under oath. which are excused from taxes as long as they deal exclusively with religious and charitable works but cannot involve in political activities.

All of this is covered in Section 508-C-1-A which you are More than encouraged to review for yourself at: https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-tege/eotopics82.pdf  which explains the exclusion of churches, their integrated auxiliaries, and conventions or associations of churches.

This is EXTREMELY important to note because of the stipulations in law related to USC 26 § 501(c)(3) that prohibit certain language or activities such as, “no part of its activities involve the provision of athletic facilities or equipment), or for the prevention of cruelty to children or animals, no part of the net earnings of which inures to the benefit of any private shareholder or individual, no substantial part of the activities of which is carrying on propaganda, or otherwise attempting, to influence legislation (except as otherwise provided in subsection (h)), and which does not participate in, or intervene in (including the publishing or distributing of statements), any political campaign on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for public office.”

This makes USC 26 § 508(c)(1)(a) the key foundation in any Churches tax exempt status. ANY Church that we advise or counsel regarding proper organize do so under section 508 so that they are NOT subjected to the stipulations in 501c3. Imagine that day a pastor of your brick-n-mortar churches can finally begin to "preach" on matters that others would see taboo because of their fear of loosing their tax-exempt status? If you read the chart above then you can See and better understand WHY such leaders of 501(c)(3) churches do NOT say what needs and should be being said in such matters encompassing moral correctness in today's churches, and too in our journey, we remain among the damned Few that "legally" Can, and as Kautantowit's Mecautea (KM) - warrior soldiers of Great Creator...it's our Obligation to do so as and whenever necessary To.

It is so unfortunate that 100% of incorporated Churches in the United States today are organized under USC 26 § 501(c)(3) instead of USC 26 § 508(c)(1)(a) not only for we the people - the human being but for the sake of ALL Creators Creation because ultimately the Masses are and will continue to suffer from their ignorant willingness to be oppressed by our common oppressor opposed to remaining steadfast in Creators intention as was Hoped our species would do, but, look around and it's obvious we've gone a bit off track.
